What is Asian UBE Meet 2026?

Asian UBE Meet 2026 is the 2nd edition of Asia’s only international conference dedicated entirely to Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (UBE) — a minimally invasive spine surgery technique using two separate portals for superior visualization and minimal tissue disruption. The conference is hosted by the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata and officially endorsed by ISUBE.

The conference is designed for spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, and orthopedic surgeons at all experience levels — from residents and fellows learning UBE for the first time to senior consultants looking to advance their technique. Both national and international delegates are welcome.

The cadaveric workshop is a hands-on training session conducted on fresh human cadavers at dedicated surgical stations — 6 candidates per station, 20 seats total across the conference. It is the most in-demand session at Asian UBE Meet and is filled strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a seat, register early and select a package that includes the workshop.

The 2026 conference will be held at Taj Vivanta, Kolkata on 26–27 September 2026. The cadaveric workshop venue will be confirmed and communicated to registered delegates separately.

Payments are accepted via direct bank transfer to the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata.
